As a member of our People Consulting team, you will:

• Contribute to workstreams across complex financial services engagements.
• Develop innovative learning strategies and solutions tailored to client needs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and build trusted client partnerships.
• Identify new opportunities, prepare proposals, and support business development.
• Oversee operational aspects and risk management of client engagements.
• Support strategic goals and initiatives within the team and firm.

With a focus on learning, you will:

• Advise on and develop future learning functions.
• Create learning strategies based on skills requirements and technologies.
• Design, develop, and deploy impactful learning assets (digital and non-digital).
• Drive organizational performance through learning analytics and strategic change.
• Lead proposals, solutions, and presentations for client acquisition.
• Contribute to expanding learning offerings and practice development.
• Ensure market-leading, relevant solutions and thought leadership.

• Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.

Ideally, you'll also have:

• Experience in financial services: banking, insurance, wealth, or asset management.
• Relevant degree or professional qualifications.
