Summary of the role: The Director of Community Training and Learning will lead the development of training frameworks, guidance, and curriculum content to support Blue Ventures’ community-based fisheries management initiatives. Reporting to the CTO, the role involves managing a team of experts, ensuring content is strategic, technically sound, and grounded in community experience. The role also includes creating engaging training modules for digital platforms, emphasizing community-led resource management and resilience.
