Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in London is seeking a Senior Consultant with experience in commerce ecosystems to join our Business Services team. You will own medium-scale projects end-to-end and lead client relationships, translating complex challenges into actionable strategies that connect to creative, content and commerce execution teams.

You will design workshops, coach junior members, contribute to proposals, and help grow the practice.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience in consulting, strategy or senior digital roles.
• Deep understanding of how commerce ecosystems work across brands and channels.
• Working knowledge of AI-driven discovery and agentic commerce.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently with strong client management.
• Strong strategic/analytical thinking with the ability to frame recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own medium-scale projects end-to-end: scope, quality, delivery timeline, and client relationships.
• Lead development of strategic recommendations across commerce transformation and AI discoverability.
• Structure ambiguous briefs into clear project plans with deliverables and milestones.
• Build repeatable delivery frameworks and coach junior team members.
• Design workshops and drive client conversations toward actionable outcomes.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and support proposals and pitches.
