The role covers infrastructure, regeneration, energy projects and large developments with a top market salary (To: £120k+), remote working and a strong benefits package.

6+ years PQE and experience with JCT, NEC or FIDIC contracts and procurement strategies are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years PQE in non-contentious construction.
• Experience with JCT, NEC or FIDIC contracts.
• Familiar with procurement options for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Advise on non-contentious construction matters for major projects.
• Draft and negotiate construction contracts and documents.
