Job summary

Whiteoak Associates are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to deliver Construction and Interior Fit-out projects within Commercial Office, Light Industrial, Private Healthcare and NHS sectors across Reading, Bracknell, Maidenhead and surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for programming, planning resources and materials, coordinating subcontractors and running projects to time and budget, interfacing with clients and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Solid budget management experience.
• Outstanding client and subcontractor management skills.
• Track record of delivering Commercial Office construction projects on time and to budget.

Responsibilities
