Job summary

Reinforced Recruitment LTD in London is seeking a Construction Quality Manager to oversee build quality across projects. This hands-on role involves frequent site visits, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specs and regulations.

The role covers civil, building, refurbishment, fit-out and M&E works across London. The successful candidate will prevent defects, resolve quality issues, and improve standards while coordinating with site teams and senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Construction Quality Manager or similar role.
• Broad experience across civil engineering, building, refurbishment, fit-out and M&E works.
• Strong ability to read drawings, specifications and technical information.
• Proven capability to prepare quality plans and inspection/test plans.

Responsibilities

• Visiting projects regularly to inspect the quality of work.
• Check that work matches approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure correct materials and products are used.
• Inspect civil engineering, structural, building, fit-out and M&E works.
• Help project teams prepare Project Quality Plans and ITPs.
• Ensure inspections are completed at the correct stages.
• Identify defects and poor workmanship and recommend fixes.
• Produce clear reports on what needs correction.
• Maintain records, photos and test certificates.
• Keep quality documents organised on SharePoint and across sites.
• Provide practical quality guidance and training to teams.
