Job summary

Criterion Capital Head Office seeks a proactive Construction Project Manager to deliver office-to-hotel conversions from inception to completion, taking full ownership and leading project teams.

You will develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate internal staff with external contractors to ensure quality and progress, while obtaining permits and maintaining records in a compliant, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior construction project management.
• Track record managing medium to large-scale conversions including cut and carve.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver multiple office-to-hotel conversion projects, meeting quality, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Drive the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to handover with clear progress tracking.
• Lead and coordinate internal staff, external contractors, and consultants to align with project goals.
• Obtain permits and maintain accurate project records, including contracts and change orders.
• Negotiate contracts to obtain best terms and value for the business.
• Create detailed project timelines and milestones to ensure adherence to schedules.
• Identify risks and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the lifecycle.
