Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Architectural services.
• Proven track record in delivering high-value projects (>£5M).
• SMSTS certification and CSCS card required.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to completion, aligning with client expectations.
• Prepare and manage project budgets to maintain cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
