Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a permanent role in Manchester working with a leading main contractor on high-value projects. You will lead safety standards, programme delivery and cost control across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.

The position requires a proven track record delivering Design & Build or Education/commercial schemes and holding CSCS, SMSTS, and first aid certificates. Salary range £90,000–£100,000 plus package.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction, Design and Build, Education or commercial projects.
• Proven track of delivering projects as a Senior Project Manager up to £10m-£30m in value.
• Experience with a main contractor as a Senior Project Manager.
• Good communication verbally and in written form.
• Present a clean and tidy site and understand considerate contractor requirements.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining the highest standards of safety.
• Contributing to value engineering and build-ability of the project.
• Agree programmes and methods of construction with Planners and production personnel.
• Marshal resources for control and execution of the works and sub-contractors.
• Ensure dates, resources, production rates, and overhead targets are established and controlled.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Cost control and commercial/financial procedures to meet contract requirements.
