Job summary

Kenton Black is seeking a Project Manager with proven experience delivering construction projects in the built environment in Leeds. You’ll drive day‑to‑day project delivery, coordinate design teams and contractors, and maintain documentation while upholding high standards throughout the lifecycle.

This client‑facing role requires managing contracts (JCT/NEC), building strong relationships with clients and professional teams, and supporting procurement and fee proposals.

Job Title: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Salary: £45,000-£65,000 basic salary (depending on level of experience)

Seeking a Project Manager with experience in managing projects in construction/ the built environment.

Note: IT/Finance/Marketing backgrounds will not be considered for this role. It is essential you have experience within construction (Managing JCT or NEC contracts).
