Job summary

Dreamhomesukltd is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex building projects from planning to handover. You will coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams while ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar senior construction role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and contract administration.
• Experience managing budgets, programmes, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements and construction legislation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-construction through to handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, budgets, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate site activities and ensure progress per programme and specs.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Monitor costs, valuations, variations, procurement, and cash flow.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, delays, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality and environmental performance.
• Chair and attend project meetings with clients and senior management.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure materials and resources are available when required.
