Job summary

Scruffy Dog Creative Group is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead complex residential/high-rise projects from pre-construction through completion. You will oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires a strong track record in senior site roles, solid knowledge of health & safety regulations (SMSTS/CSCS), and the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders on progress. Right to work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Construction Manager, Site Manager, or similar senior site-based role
• Strong background in residential, high-rise, or fit-out construction projects
• Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
