Qualifications

• Extensive construction sector knowledge and leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage technically challenging projects and diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of Design & Build, JCT and NEC contracts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and consultants.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to monitor budgets.

Responsibilities

• Represent the business interests internally and externally.
• Lead and manage the operational team to meet targets and morale.
• Develop relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors to secure repeat work.
• Maintain project reporting for operations reviews and board meetings.
• Oversee project budgets and expenditure; drive financial performance.
• Escalate high-delivery risk projects and implement action plans.
