Qualifications

• Degree or HND in construction-related discipline is desirable but not essential.
• Experience running £20M+ projects for a main contractor is required.
• Commercial awareness across all construction disciplines including design coordination, quantity surveying and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple site disciplines with the Project Manager across projects.
• Produce accurate, consistent records, reports and information.
• Interface with client and government officials.
• Ensure processes are adhered to on a project-by-project basis.
• Survey sites to assess design viability and feasibility.
• Ensure product meets customer expectations for build and finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour.
• Provide labour costing to determine feasibility and profitability.
• Maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Supervise and coach staff as needed.
• Produce progress and remedial reports.
