Watkin Jones Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the Homes Division, ensuring HS&E, quality assurance, programme performance and cost control. You will work with Project Managers and the technical/commercial teams to drive progress and governance, delivering on timescales and management expectations.

• Level 5 qualification in a related field.
• Substantial experience in a comparable role.
• Strong technical capability with project management tools and processes.
• Experience with earned value management and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project monitoring and reporting to Construction Directors.
• Lead project controls across a multi-million-pound scheme.
• Collaborate with estimators, planners and quantity surveyors on costs.
• Maintain Construction Phase programme with inputs from multiple contractors.
