Job summary

Wates is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver large-scale construction projects in the North West. You will lead delivery from pre-construction to completion, ensuring safety, quality, programme and commercial objectives are achieved.

You will work closely with clients, consultants and supply chain partners, providing visible leadership to project teams and a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading significant construction projects.
• Strong track record delivering full lifecycle projects.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness with ability to balance risk and quality.
