Job summary

BUUK Infrastructure Limited is seeking a Construction Manager (GTC) to lead the North West portfolio of utility projects. You will drive delivery, ensure safety compliance, and manage costs across civil, gas, electric, heat and water networks.

The role requires strong project management, site coordination, and relationship building with site managers and customers. Hybrid working is available for eligible roles; a driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with Civil, Gas, Electric, Heat & Water distribution systems.
• Experience in multi-utility housing projects is preferred.
• NRSWA supervisory and SHEA cards are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Project manage the GTC North West portfolio of works.
• Oversee health and safety for installations and utility networks.
• Manage project costs, productivity, and progress reporting.
• Maintain Bills of Quantities and vendor coordination.
• Build strong relationships with Site Managers and key customers.
