Job summary

BUUK Infrastructure is seeking aConstruction Manager (GTC) to lead the North West portfolio delivery of GSHP and utility infrastructure projects. You will oversee project performance, safety compliance and cost control, coordinating with the Post Award Team to meet programme milestones.

The role requires Civil/utility project experience, knowledge of performance reporting, and the ability to manage multiple teams across sites. Hybrid working is available for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering utility infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of Legislation, Technical Standards & Specifications.
• Experience across Civil, Gas, Electric, Heat & Water distribution systems.
• Desirable: NRSWA/ SHEA cards.

Responsibilities

• Project manage the GTC North West portfolio of works.
• Ensure health and safety across installation of utility networks and investigations.
• Monitor productivity and costs, provide weekly site cost reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date Bills of Quantities for each project.
• Coordinate with site managers and customer stakeholders.
