Requirements:

• Detailed knowledge of construction methodology, safety, and digital platforms.

• Strong communication, technical expertise in HSE regulations, and leadership skills.
• Relevant qualifications: apprenticeship or equivalent, NVQ or HNC, SMSTS, CSCS card.
• Membership of professional bodies (e.g., MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE) is preferred.
• Experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, and sustainability considerations.
