- You will liaise with and take direction from the project package managers regarding programme and critical path works in your area.
- You will lead forecast lookahead meetings for your area or package, working with the package manager.
- You will provide detailed planned vs. actual data for all works within your area, knowing when to escalate deviations to construction leadership.
- You will understand the project digital strategy and where construction information can be found.
- You will manage the closeout of your area, understanding all relevant QA/QC plans, ITPs, and handover procedures.
- You will develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You will actively seek understanding and utilize the centre of excellence (CoE) knowledge base and company best practices.
- You will promote and drive business priorities through construction, digital & data, and responsible business practices.
- You will work collaboratively towards the goal of net zero carbon transition, proactively managing associated carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.

You’ll need to have:
- Knowledge of construction methodologies and processes, especially in Structural/Facade/Fit Out disciplines.
- Knowledge of method statement processes and digital platforms.
- Knowledge of Mace systems and internal standards.
- Experience managing an area/package from start to finish onsite.
- Evidence of previous roles and successful site management.
- Knowledge of health, safety & wellbeing standards.
- High standards and no shortcuts in approach to meeting standards.
- Interest in construction innovation and new working practices.
- Ability to escalate issues and perform under pressure.
- Self-awareness and willingness to seek support and learning.
- Managerial CSCS Card and SMSTS certification.
You’ll also have:
- Basic understanding of programmes, critical paths, and commissioning strategy.
- Basic understanding of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
- External recognized accreditation (e.g., CIOB).
- Awareness of broader BU, engine, and corporate strategies.
- Self-awareness and commitment to professional development.
- CSCS Card and SSSTS certification.
- Recognized construction training or qualification.
- Working towards member-chartered institute of building or equivalent.
