We're looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to play a key role in delivering a high-profile defence project in Berkshire.

You'll be leading a skilled team, ensuring the smooth delivery of construction activities while maintaining the highest of standards of safety, quality and compliance. If you thrive in a challenging environment and enjoy working on projects that make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing construction operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality
• Managing teams, sub-contractors and suppliers, fostering strong collaboration on site
• Working closely with engineering, design and project management teams to keep everything running smoothly
• Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations, security requirements and industry best practice
• Managing project risks, budgets and schedules to keep everything on track

Who we're looking for

• A strong track record in managing large scale construction projects including fit out
• A deep understanding of construction regulations and a health & safety champion
• Great leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and work collaboratively
• Relevant construction qualifications (SMSTS, CIOB)
