Responsibilities of a Senior Construction Manager

1. Managing all Health and Safety aspects.
2. Collaborating with subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time.
3. Maintaining effective communication at all levels.
4. Checking and registering materials and plant deliveries for compliance with quality and quantity standards.
5. Monitoring attendance and timekeeping of subcontractors and operatives.
6. Liaising with clients and reporting on progress, quality, environmental, and safety matters.

Attending internal and site meetings professionally.
