Job summary
BRUSH Group is seeking a hands-on Construction Manager to lead site-based construction activities across Scotland. You will oversee delivery in line with programme, scope and CDM requirements, coordinating with Project Managers, site teams and subcontractors.
A confident communicator with safety leadership will drive progress and ensure high-quality outcomes across multiple locations. Base location is Scotland with on-site presence, a company car, and overtime.
Qualifications
- Relevant construction management or technical qualification, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- Experience in power, utilities, infrastructure or safety-critical construction delivery.
- Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and HSE requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead site construction activities and ensure alignment with programme and design specifications.
- Monitor progress, identify blockers and implement resolutions.
- Coordinate construction sequencing and resourcing to optimise efficiency.
- Manage interfaces between subcontractors, suppliers, OEMs and internal delivery teams.
- Ensure readiness for energisation, inspections and handovers.
