Qualifications

• Experience in construction law or commercial litigation with construction disputes.
• Excellent client care, communication and leadership skills.
• Willing to supervise and develop junior lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing a varied caseload.
• Advising clients through research, drafting and negotiations.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
• Supporting file audits, technical guidance and performance development.
• Contributing to business development and identifying new opportunities.
• Maintaining high standards of compliance and client care.
