Nashrock Insurance Recruitment is seeking a Senior Account Executive for the construction insurance sector. Hybrid role in Essex, focusing on managing and expanding a portfolio of construction clients and securing new business through active network and referrals.

You will collaborate with insurers and internal teams to deliver tailored insurance programmes and excellent client service, leveraging strong knowledge of construction risks and the UK insurance market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Account Executive within commercial insurance.
• Strong knowledge of construction risks.
• Proven business development and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• A consultative approach with a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
• Strong knowledge of the UK commercial insurance market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of construction clients.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and business development activity.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Review clients' insurance requirements and provide tailored risk management solutions.
• Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive terms and coverage.
• Oversee the renewal process and identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.
• Work collaboratively with internal broking and claims teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay up to date with market developments and emerging risks within the construction industry.
