Job summary

KBM Resourcing in Stirling is seeking an experienced Estimator to join a busy Construction Contractor. You will work on a range of projects across Residential, Education, Care, Hospitality and Industrial sectors, with project values often exceeding £50 million.

Responsibilities include preparing and analysing cost estimates, compiling bids, obtaining quotes from subs and suppliers, and producing detailed cost summaries while complying with health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in an Estimating role within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse cost estimates for projects.
• Compile bids and tenders for new work.
• Calculate costs of materials, transport, labour and equipment hire.
• Obtain quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Collate detailed price lists and produce cost summaries.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Liaise with further commercial team.
• Prepare and submit final quotations for work.
