BCL Legal is seeking a Contentious Construction Solicitor at Senior Associate level to join its national Construction team in London. You will work alongside market-leading specialists on high-value disputes, strategic projects, and risk management for a diverse client base including developers, contractors, funders and public bodies.

The role offers opportunities to lead matters with increasing autonomy, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to business development within a top-25 UK law

Competenze

• Qualified solicitor with ~3–8 years PQE in contentious construction.
• Strong track record in construction and engineering disputes.
• Experience in adjudication, litigation and arbitration.
• Knowledge of JCT, NEC and bespoke contracts.
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
• Commercial awareness and client-focused advice.
• Ability to manage matters with autonomy.
• Experience mentoring junior lawyers.
• Proactive business development and client management.
• Collaborative team player in a national practice.
