Qualifications

• Proven leader with experience delivering new-build, high-rise residential schemes.
• Experience with HRB projects and complex apartment developments.
• Knowledge of Building Safety Regulator Gateway Process is essential.
• Experience administering JCT Design & Build contracts is important.
• Chartered status (MCIOB or equivalent) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple complex projects within development programmes, including managing the defect period.
• Lead medium- to large-sized project teams and drive clear outcomes.
• Provide assurance that project objectives are met and project delivery is successful.
