Job summary

Vision Architectural Glazing Installations Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial and financial delivery of projects from tender to final account.

You will work with the Commercial Director, Directors & Managers, and the project team to manage contracts, cash flow, risks, and opportunities. The role requires strong contractual knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and suppliers across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Relevant professional qualifications or memberships beneficial.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Take overall commercial responsibility for allocated projects from tender handover through to final account.
• Prepare and manage CVRs including turnover, costs, margins, cash flow, risks and opportunities.
• Review and administer client and subcontractor contracts under JCT/NEC/bespoke forms.
