Job summary

Bimplus in Warrington seeks an experienced Senior Claims Surveyor to lead complex contractual and commercial claims on major UK construction projects. You will work with senior commercial teams, clients, and legal advisors to protect the company’s position.

The role requires 10+ years of Quantity Surveying experience, a Law degree, and proven ability to negotiate EOT, disruption, loss and expense, and adjudication support. MRICS would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of Quantity Surveying experience on major building, infrastructure, or complex construction projects.
• Experience preparing and negotiating EOT, disruption, loss and expense, and contractual claims.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and contractual mechanisms; MRICS would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, management, negotiation, and resolution of complex construction claims on major projects.
• Review contracts and project records to establish entitlement and quantum.
• Provide specialist contractual and claims advice to project and commercial teams; support adjudication and dispute resolution.
