London/Hybrid – 2 days office

Up to £48,000 + Bonuses + Benefits

My client provides high quality Information & Data and Training & Education solutions across various markets. Due to exciting growth plans including launching events across all its brands, a new role has arisen for an experienced Conference Producer.

The role involves developing and delivering content across products and channels, including conference & award programs. Strong market research skills are required, along with keeping track of industry developments, trends, companies, technologies, regulations, and products/services.

Research and Programme Development

• Design high-quality agendas based on in-depth research with the market, providing thought leadership, insights, and trends.
• Develop content strategy, themes, and propositions to maximize engagement and success.
• Create profitable, sustainable market-led events connecting sponsors and exhibitors.

Speaker Acquisition and Management

• Acquire high-profile, international, and local speakers meeting the audience's information needs.
• Work with sponsor-provided speakers to ensure relevant, cutting-edge content.

Copywriting

• Responsible for conference agenda content and marketing materials.
• Write persuasive copy highlighting benefits of sponsorship and attendance.

Topic Generation and Validation

• Generate and validate future event strategies and topics.
• Execute product diversification through new events and digital content.

Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes
