Senior Conference Producer – Finance Portfolios

Hybrid London (3 days per week in the office)

US & European Travel

My client is globally renowned for producing high-level, cutting-edge large-scale events in the Finance & Investment sector. Due to growth, a role has opened for an experienced producer to work on a series of market-leading events with international travel opportunities in the US and EMEA. Responsibilities include researching, writing agendas, recruiting speakers, leading a passionate event team, and executing the event strategy — marketing, delegate sales, sponsorship, and onsite management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research interviews (telephone/video/face-to-face) to identify industry trends supporting the development of a commercial agenda and event strategy.
• Write compelling agendas and marketing collateral.
• Build a senior advisory board network for each event to vet and improve agendas.
• Recruit influential industry leaders as speakers to attract high-quality delegates and sponsors.

Key Skills:

• Experience leading a portfolio of rapidly growing investment conferences in EMEA and North America as a B2B conference/content producer.
• Ability to manage multiple in-person events globally.
• Reporting to the MD in London, with flexible office/work arrangements and international travel requirements.

Experience:

Ideal candidates will have 5-7+ years of experience in B2B conference/content production, seeking greater ownership of a knowledge-led series of events. The role involves hosting interviews, webinars, and working on new launches and formats.
