You will provide expert technical advice, support strategic initiatives and influence change to promote fair customer outcomes, and strengthen conduct risk management practices across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the business to embed conduct risk management ‘by design’ through project support, process design, and incident resolution.
  • Provide expert advice to senior stakeholders on complex compliance and conduct risk matters.
  • Influence and support change initiatives at an executive level to ensure fair customer outcomes within conduct risk appetite.
  • Analyse regulatory changes, providing guidance on their impact on the business and supporting implementation.
  • Support the delivery of regulatory and conduct-related actions and assurance activities.
  • Contribute to FCA/PRA consultations and ensure effective management of conduct risks within these frameworks.
  • Assist in regulatory reporting and manage information requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Build constructive relationships with stakeholders, supporting knowledge transfer and healthy challenge across teams.
Work Arrangements

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) from January 2027. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Your Skills & Experience
  • Strong knowledge of FCA requirements and expectations for good customer outcomes in general insurance.
  • In-depth understanding of conduct regimes, including pricing, products, fair value (ICOBS, IDD, PROD, GI pricing).
  • Proven experience in conducting customer outcomes testing, quality assurance and reviews.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data clearly.
  • Pragmatic, delivery-focused, with the ability to work at pace and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to support strategic change and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to challenge constructively and build mutual respect.
