Job summary

IC Resources is partnering with a space technology company to recruit a Senior Computer Vision Engineer focused on autonomous perception and navigation for spacecraft. You will develop and optimize perception algorithms, sensor fusion, and real-time vision pipelines.

Requirements include a Master’s in a STEM field, 5+ years in CV, strong Python and C++, and experience with OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ROS/ROS2.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, or a related STEM subject.
• 5+ years' experience developing computer vision algorithms in industry or research.
• Strong understanding of computer vision, image processing, machine learning, and deep learning.
• Experience taking algorithms from concept through testing, validation, and deployment.
• Strong Python and C++ programming skills.
• Experience with OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of camera, LiDAR, or multi-sensor perception systems.
• Experience with software testing, integration, and Git-based development workflows.
• Experience in robotics, autonomous systems, embedded software, or safety-critical environments (nice to have).
• Knowledge of sensor fusion, ROS/ROS2, navigation, or space systems (nice to have).
