Job summary

Teledyne CML Composites, based in Bromborough, is seeking engineers skilled in composite laminating to join our advanced manufacturing team. You will develop and apply specialist laminating methods, train operators, and drive improvements in clean room practices to meet tight lay-up times and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist training and develop skills of current operators.
• Deliver specialist tools/knowledge to undertake complex composite lay-ups.
• Develop manufacturing methods for new work packages (NPI) with laminating skills.
• Guide supervision on clean room best practice and operational improvements.
• Lead lean initiatives and liaise with Engineering on program improvements.
• Drive cleanroom activities to meet or exceed target layup times and quality metrics.
