Job summary

The Access Bank UK Ltd is seeking a Compliance Risk Officer to join the Compliance and Risk Department in Northwich. You will report to the Deputy Head of Compliance and work to support regulatory objectives and risk management across the business.

You will build relationships with internal stakeholders, produce reports, and help implement compliant processes and controls while staying informed about regulatory developments impacting the bank.

Qualifications

• Solid compliance experience within the financial services industry.
• Proven experience working in a multi-disciplined team.
• Strong understanding of regulations that impact the business.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on own initiative and maintain accuracy.
• Strong report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Deputy Head of Compliance and Head of Compliance on activities and projects.
• Produce reports and returns requiring detailed research and analysis.
• Provide compliance guidance across departments on policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance principles and regulatory developments are communicated.
• Maintain competence to meet regulatory requirements and business needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Regularly review regulatory developments impacting the business.
