Job summary

Boston Jersey Limited in Jersey seeks a Senior Compliance Administrator to support the day-to-day operation of the compliance framework, helping ensure regulatory obligations are met while delivering high-quality service to clients and colleagues.

The role covers accurate administration of records, reporting, policies and procedures, and proactive compliance support, with 3–5 years' experience in related financial services fields. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in client administration, trust and corporate services.
• Exposure to AML/CFT/CPF requirements and regulatory compliance obligations.

Responsibilities

• Accurate administration of compliance records, reporting, policies and procedures; support regulatory obligations.
• Identification, escalation and management of compliance, conduct and financial crime risks; remedial actions monitored to completion.
• Provision of pro-active compliance support, governance reporting, monitoring outcomes and ongoing control environment improvements.
