Our client is a leading Global Hedge Fund seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to serve as a regulatory project lead, overseeing and completing all regulatory projects within the compliance function.

You will gain broad exposure across Compliance, Regulatory, and Operational processes, working closely with the CCO.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead all regulatory processes, ensuring the successful completion of all regulatory-related projects by the team.
2. Manage the regulatory horizon for upcoming matters impacting the business, including conducting analysis and assisting with implementation.
3. Take responsibility as the SMCR programme lead.
4. Act as a point of contact and lead for the business on non-trading advisory Compliance matters.
5. Handle ad hoc regulatory projects and provide bespoke regulatory advice as needed.
