Job summary

Connect Legal Partners is seeking a compliance-focused professional to review and maintain policies, controls and procedures that keep the firm compliant. You will advise colleagues on regulatory and ethics questions, assist with investigations, and support AML onboarding queries while leading audits and training updates.

The role emphasizes strong writing, relationship skills and knowledge of the SRA framework, with experience in iManage, Intapp or 3E considered a plus and a flexible working

Qualifications

• At least two years in regulatory, risk or compliance.
• Good grasp of the SRA framework.
• Strong writing, organisation and relationship skills.
• Confidence to challenge constructively.
• iManage, Intapp or 3E experience is a plus.

A national full service law firm with offices across the UK. The business services teams support lawyers across a wide range of practice areas.

The role

You will review and maintain the policies, controls and procedures that keep the firm compliant, and support the regulatory role holders with their duties. You will advise colleagues on regulatory, conflicts and ethics questions, help investigate breaches, complaints and incidents, and act as the go to adviser for the client onboarding team on AML queries. You will plan and run compliance audits and file reviews, write training and regulatory updates, and flag new risks.

What you will need

At least two years in a regulatory, risk or compliance role within professional services. A good grasp of the SRA framework, strong writing, organisation and relationship skills, and the confidence to challenge constructively. iManage, Intapp or 3E experience is a plus.
