Job summary

Connect Legal Partners is seeking a compliance-focused professional to review and maintain policies, controls and procedures that keep the firm compliant. You will advise colleagues on regulatory and ethics questions, assist with investigations, and support AML onboarding queries while leading audits and training updates.

The role emphasizes strong writing, relationship skills and knowledge of the SRA framework, with experience in iManage, Intapp or 3E considered a plus and a flexible working

Qualifications

• At least two years in regulatory, risk or compliance.
• Good grasp of the SRA framework.
• Strong writing, organisation and relationship skills.
• Confidence to challenge constructively.
• iManage, Intapp or 3E experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain the policies, controls and procedures that keep the firm compliant.
• Advise colleagues on regulatory, conflicts and ethics questions, help investigate breaches, complaints and incidents.
• Act as the go to adviser for the client onboarding team on AML queries.
• Plan and run compliance audits and file reviews, write training and regulatory updates.
• Flag new risks.
