Dynamic and expanding Alternative Asset Manager based in London are keen to hire a Senior Compliance Officer to lead the Regulatory Advisory function covering ICAVs, Lux ELTIFs and Cross-Border Investments. Reporting to the CCO duties will include:

• Advising around complex regulations including AIFMD, UCITS, MiFID & CBDD
• Ensuring and constant monitoring of robust Compliance Frameworks
• Distribution Compliance
• Executing Monitoring Plans
• Conducting Compliance Training
• Horizon scanning for up and coming regulations

We are keen to hear from candidates with 7 years + Regulatory experience across Funds and Alternative Asset Management.
