Job summary

AJ Group Services Ltd is recruiting a Senior Compliance Manager for a South West London residential portfolio. This on-site, temp-to-perm role leads building safety, statutory compliance and facilities management to ensure safe, compliant occupancy.

You will oversee Building Safety Act requirements, manage a team of property professionals, and drive risk-based improvements across a complex portfolio in higher education settings.

Qualifications

• Significant senior experience in building safety, compliance, FM or property.
• Strong knowledge of Building Safety Act and Higher-Risk Buildings.
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders across complex occupancies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic compliance across a large residential portfolio and ensure statutory requirements are met.

Senior Compliance Manager (Residential Building Safety & Compliance)

South West London | On-site | Temp-to-Perm | Up to £75,000

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Compliance Manager (Residential Building Safety & Compliance) to join a leading higher education organisation based in South West London. This is a senior role responsible for building safety, statutory compliance, facilities management and maintenance across a complex residential portfolio. You'll provide strategic leadership, oversee Building Safety Act and Higher-Risk Building requirements, manage compliance and assurance, and lead a team of property/facilities professionals.

We're looking for:

• Significant senior experience in building safety, compliance, FM or property
• Strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act and Higher-Risk Buildings
• Experience managing compliance across complex, occupied buildings
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and risk-management skills
• Experience overseeing maintenance, contractors and building performance

Package: Up to £75,000

Location: South West London

Working pattern: Fully on-site

Contract: Temp-to-perm
