Join our global Ethics & Compliance team as a Senior Compliance Investigator and help shape the future of integrity across our organisation. If you're passionate about uncovering the truth, driving ethical behaviour and making a real impact, this is your opportunity to be part of something meaningful.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be at the heart of our global compliance efforts, responsible for investigating alleged breaches of our global anti-bribery and corruption frameworks. From developing investigative strategies and reviewing forensic evidence to conducting interviews and preparing detailed reports, your work will help ensure our business operates with transparency and accountability. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across departments and geographies, identifying patterns and emerging risks, and helping us continuously improve our anti-bribery and corruption frameworks.

This role can be completed on a remote basis, with infrequent travel to our Hull or Watford offices.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role means being curious, thorough and resilient. You’ll need to be confident managing multiple investigations simultaneously, and comfortable working with sensitive information across cultures and languages.

  • At least 5 years’ experience investigating corporate misconduct in a highly regulated industry, including fraud, compliance and ethics violations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and professional investigation reports.
  • Familiarity with ABAC frameworks and regulations such as the FCPA and UK Bribery Act.
  • A degree-level education and ideally a professional qualification such as CPA, CIA or CFE.
