Job Description:

Our client is a leading Compliance consultancy offering a wide range of regulatory solutions to a diverse client base. They seek an experienced generalist to provide regulatory advice, manage projects, and deliver training. The role offers hybrid working arrangements.

Duties & Responsibilities as a Senior Compliance Consultant:
  1. Providing regulatory advice and guidance on capital markets issues
  2. Conducting and leading regulatory reviews
  3. Preparing and delivering regulatory training
  4. Drafting policies and procedures
  5. Managing regulatory projects within set timeframes
  6. Staying updated on regulatory developments and assessing their commercial impact
Key Requirements as a Senior Compliance Consultant:

Minimum of 4 years' experience, preferably with strong capital markets knowledge. Familiarity with the FCA Handbook including EMIR, MAR, CASS, and MiFID II is essential. Experience with transaction reporting is advantageous.
