Job summary

Motor Insurers' Bureau (MIB) is seeking a Compliance Auditor to lead and perform audits of member organisations in line with the MyLicence Service. The role is based in Milton Keynes with hybrid working and a permanent contract, offering 35 hours per week.

The successful candidate will review processes, identify control weaknesses, and deliver clear audit reports. You will collaborate with the Audit Manager and MyLicence Product Team to ensure timely compliance actions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of working within an audit environment.
• Ability to audit across business processes and IT applications.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with credibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify business risk in all environments.
• High concentration and dexterity.
• Good forensic and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in office-based software and databases.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinating and scheduling audits of registered users of the MyLicence Hub.
• Lead in establishing audit requirements and co-ordinating fieldwork.
• Performing audit fieldwork of registered users of MyLicence.
• Writing and delivering audit reports for registered users of MyLicence.
• Contributing to development of audit frameworks and work programmes.
• Writing recommendations on identified deficiencies and non-compliance.
• Working to deadlines and monitoring progress of auditees.
• Escalating issues and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
