As the number two to the Head of Compliance, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact

This varied role will allow you to get involved in all aspects of compliance, offering plenty of opportunities for development and the chance to shape your future in areas that excite you.

You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions and bring your ideas to the table, all while working in a team that is well-regarded across the business.

In this role, you’ll bring your experience in Financial Crime, Sanctions, Compliance Monitoring, Consumer Duty and your experience working within the Lloyd’s market.

You’ll be confident representing the compliance function in committee meetings, and help keep the business ahead of regulatory changes. Plus, you’ll have the autonomy to shape and implement compliance strategies…. always with the support of the Head of Compliance and a strong, sociable team around you.

We’re looking for someone who has a solid understanding of PRA/FCA/Lloyd’s regulations, is comfortable interacting with all levels of staff, and is a pleasure to work with (not looking for any ego’s here)
