SuperCare is seeking an Advanced Behaviour Complex Coach (Residential Support Worker) in a children's home. You will support young people aged 12-16 with highly complex emotional and behavioural needs, building a long-term career in residential childcare.

The role offers £18.17-£21.34 per hour, day or waking night shifts, and a permanent contract. Benefits include funded Level 3 & Level 5 qualifications, private healthcare, pension, gym contribution, and progression into Leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including days and nights.
• Commitment to safeguarding and trauma-informed care.

Responsabilités

• Build therapeutic relationships with young people and support their needs.
• Follow care, PBS plans and risk assessments to keep everyone safe.
• Record incidents, handovers and maintain clear routines and boundaries.
• Lead through practice and model high standards on shift.
• Support education, life skills and independence activities.
