Job description

NOTE: Applicants must have a driving license and access to a car for this position - 45p per mile & paid travel time.

This role is for 30 - 35 hours per week, including alternative weekends, on-call duties, and possible evening shifts.

The rate of pay is £13.60 per hour.

The Belong at Home domiciliary service delivers bespoke packages of care and support, whether in a customer’s home within the community or within one of our village apartments.

As a Senior Community Support Worker, you will assist the Manager with the day-to-day running of the service. This will include:

1. administrative tasks, rotas, and care co-ordination.
2. Reviewing Care Plans.
3. administration duties, support plan reviews.
4. Customer assessments.
5. Driving Licence and the flexibility to cover on the on-call rota are essential for this post.

Due to the nature of this role, an NVQ 2 is desirable, and applicants should hold a care certificate.
