Job summary

• RCSLT-recognised SLT degree and HCPC registration.
• A passion for supporting adult patients with acquired conditions.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a desire to develop your leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of speech and language therapy care to adults in the community and to their carers.
• Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments (communication and/or swallowing) for adults with diverse presentations.
• Develop and deliver individualised treatment plans based on assessments.
• Collaborate within the Adult Community Therapies service and with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
