Job summary

Swanton Care & Community Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Worker (Supported Living) in Middlesbrough. The role includes leading shifts, providing practical and emotional support, and empowering residents to lead meaningful lives within a person-centred framework.

You will be responsible for coordinating daily care, maintaining records, and contributing to team meetings and training to enhance service delivery. A valid UK driving licence is desirable and a commitment to safeguarding is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate equivalent of Level 2 in English.
• Care Certificate is preferred.
• 2 years of working within a team or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day shift operations in a supported living service.
• Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower people to achieve goals.
• Record outcomes in client records and contribute to care plans.
• Engage in safeguarding and ensure health, safety and welfare of service users.
• Maintain medication management and support daily living tasks.
